Our goal is to give Baton Rouge moms the support they need to be the best moms they can be – and to encourage them to, in turn, give back to each other and to the community at large. Baton Rouge Moms will provide locals information on the best family friendly events, local businesses, products, services and resources for their families. Encouraging Community Outreach Baton Rouge Moms hopes to develop and nourish real life relationships by bringing moms together socially with events and activities throughout the year, as well as encouraging regular community service, where moms come together to give back to the community they call home. Baton Rouge Mom’s first community outreach project was “Books for Baton Rouge,” a project where we collected and distribute 1,000 books to low-income and at-risk children for the holidays.
