Great way to read the Lariat, but could do with some improvement

I really like being able to read the Lariat from my iPad but there are a few things that would be easy to fix that are some what bothersome to me. First of all the images that accompany the stories are severely wanting in quality. I feel like I am looking at a mosaic rather than a photograph. Secondly though the app has an excellent looking icon in the App Store, when I downloaded the app it shows a completely different, ugly, and somewhat pixelated icon on my home screen. Other than that I really like the interface and the archive access that it provides. It could do with some more interactivity but that is definitely not a necessity. However the issues I have outlined above definitely need to be fixed. They make your app seem cheap and unprofessional.

Great app for Baylor

The new update works well on the iPhone 5 and the app does a great job broadcasting the Lariat articles in mobile form. It would be nice to add a section where you could contact the Lariat staff or vote in their polls. Also, the Lariat could do a better job advertising this app in their paper and perhaps add a QR code to make it easier to download.

Great Baylor app

As a recent alum, this is an awesome way to keep up with campus news. I love it!
