Because we want to be able to stand behind our recommendations, we do ask for a review unit. In return we offer well written reviews, clear, enticing photography—and promotion through social media such as twitter and Facebook. Product sent to me will be considered compensation for promotion, and not returned. If you are interested in having me host a giveaway of the same type of product or a different one, I am happy to do so—but please do not send me the prize at the same time as review item. Giveaway prize must be sent directly to winner. I prefer giveaways open to US/Canada. I will promote your product on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. I can direct readers to newsletters or blogs if you choose. If you would like to have specific links added, please let me know prior to me posting the review. Depending on event dates or back-log, items will typically be reviewed within 2 to 3 weeks. Quality photos will be taken by me. I prefer to only use stock photos if I am showing other products in line/from company. Initially, minimum promotion includes: Faceboook, Twitter and Pinterest updates. Reviews will be periodically promoted after initial posting and promotion. I will not pay for shipping or any fees associated with shipping for a review item. Giveaway items must be valued at $50 or more. Gift cards/codes must be valued at $25 or more. I am most interested in reviewing: gadgets/technology housewares/home décor items kitchen products/cookware cars/transportation for test drives travel destinations (as well as attractions/events and accommodation) organization products (office supplies included) I am NOT interested in items for children. Brand Ambassadorship: I most enjoy working with a brand or PR company for an extended period of time so that I can have a chance to really share and get to know a product and the company behind it. I would love to be included in your outreach emails. In the past, I have worked with Toshiba as a brand ambassador, and on recurring projects with DYSON, Casemate, DK Canada, Logitech, Memorex, Rubbermaid, Sharpie, and others. Other: I would love to work with you on a Twitter party/chat. I regularly serve as a panelist for a weekly #frugalcrew Twitter chat on Wednesdays at 10AM PST. We also have live Google + Hangouts every other week to go along with the Twitter chats. Rates range from $200 to $500, depending on how much promotion you’d like done before hand, and if I will be the only host. Includes: asking questions, retweeting responses, picking winners for prizes (provided by you), following up with winners and sending party numbers to you. Advertorials/Sponsored Posts: For information that I think would be valuable to my readers, and when appropriate, I am open to posting advertorials/sponsored posts for a fee. My rates range between $75 and $250 for a post I write myself, and $50 to $100 for a post sent to me. I do not post press-releases. I include at least 2 links with each post. Extra links can be added for an additional charge. All links are no-follow in accordance with Google’s policies for paid links. I require at least 2 good photos—with credit— for posts written by someone other than myself, for inclusion. Sponsorship: I would be delighted to attend and live blog/tweet from your press event, conference or grand opening. If located within Vancouver, I am available to do so most easily, but for locations elsewhere, I would need some travel expenses paid for.
