BubbleLife.com was launched with realization that neighborhood news wasn’t declining, it was just being broken up or “siloed” among various websites, blogs, Facebook pages and emails. BubbleLife.com’s innovative use of aggregation combined with its own editorial and community contributions has made BubbleLife.com the leading provider of neighborhood news in the DFW area covering 60 local communities.

For local merchants, BubbleLife Media realized that their problems with local online advertising weren’t from the lack of audience, but rather the poor approach they used to advertise. The core problem was the perception that online advertising was just like yellow page advertising – run the ad and wait for the phone to ring. But online marketing is fundamentally very different than the yellow pages because it represents a multi-step process that is unfamiliar to most small businesses. In order to address this problem, small businesses needed a set of tools that let them manage their own process with tools, in addition to education on how to use the tools. Thus BubbleLife Connect, BubbleLife Media’s all-in-one solution, was created to make local businesses competitive in the local online marketplace.

BubbleLife Media is led by the husband and wife team of Jeff and Saffie Farris, both tech entrepreneur veterans with a passion for local neighborhoods. BubbleLife Media is based in Dallas, Texas.
