Chegg Products super glitchy

Both the app and online site went down at once when I had an assignment due and couldn’t access my textbook. Absolutely unacceptable. Never using their textbook feature again.

Pretty Difficult to Use

This gets two stars because, yes, the book and all its content is in the app. However, you’ll never want to actually read it on the phone. Which is sad because I would love to read when I have 5 minutes. But, get ready to pinch to zoom in, then scroll left to right to left to right to read. Unlike the Kindle, which formats the text to a readable format on the screen, this misses the mark. If they could format the text to actually be readable without a lot of scrolling, etc, this could be a game changer for my studying on the fly.

Cheap Website wrapped in an app

Cannot use Siri because they wrapped their website in an app. Cannot highlight text that is too small to read because the app zooms in and tries to get you to use its own highlighting tools which are absolutely useless. Cheap rip off app. Invest in developers. Fix your ADA issues.

Not iPad compatible

I hate the way this reads on my iPad. Absolutely hate. Every time I turn the page it readjusts the view and zooms in super close. Please fix the functionality of this app why is it so hard to read on it.

Lazy

In one word, lazy. App design is lazy. Reader is so buggy, it's embarrassing. Pages zoom in on their own, highlighting text is nearly impossible, and loading times atrocious. They don't care, though.

Not great

This app is kind of awful. Trying to highlight anything can take a significant amount of time because it’s so buggy (it will highlight everything but the sentence you actually want) It’s very slow and you can’t download the book to read when you don’t have internet access (ie on a train commute to and from work). The books are cheaper but this app has given me a lot of headaches. I’d much prefer if I could link the book to my kindle app which I don’t have these issues with.
