    I am Elaine, the owner, the cook and the photographer of this site. All the recipes introduced are made by my own. And I do all the photography stuff. About the content of this blog I am living in China now and grew up in Sichuan province.In the early childhood; I get two great cooks around: my mother and her mother. I love Sichuan cuisine and also other delicious dishes from other cuisine. Grown up, I am visiting around China but the dishes on my new family table are always Sichuan style. Thus I write this blog, introducing my favorite dishes and sharing everyone with the happiness of cooking for those you love. I will focus on Sichuan cuisine and may introduce other Chinese cuisines too. I have spend long time in exploring Sichuan cuisine, Shanxi cuisine (4 years university life)and Cantonese cuisine(I am currently living in Guangdong province of China). So I have to admit that there is not just Sichuan food introduced. Anyway,I am devoted to to introduce you the traditional and authentic Chinese food beyond Sichuan Food.
