Dlisted.com was started as The D-List on January 23, 2005 by Michael K. It soon changed its name when Kathy Griffin threatened to sue the three pennies out of it. (That’s not true.) Since then, Dlisted has been kicking ass and taking names, or is it licking ass and being lame? Definitely the second one. Michael K’s partner in foolery Allison joined Dlisted in 2013 and made it a better and more Canadian place. Our current weekend writer, J. Harvey, has been our guest blogger since forever and he joined permanently in 2016. Dlisted has been featured or mentioned in Vanity Fair, Details Magazine, Giant Magazine, The Guardian, Paper Magazine, Entertainment Weekly, TV Guide, Broad City, RuPaul’s Drag Race, The Bling Ring and named as one of the biggest piece of trash sites on the Internet by someone who wrote it in a Sharpie on a bathroom stall in a Denny’s in The Valley.
