So we asked a few to manage the site for us. Amber Bracegirdle Food Fanatic's managing editor is Amber Bracegirdle, the recipe developer and food writer behind Bluebonnets & Brownies. Amber is a passionate cook and baker that got her start in her Nanny's Texas kitchen 30 or so years ago. She's worked extensively with brands in private recipe development and food photography. She lives in New Jersey with her husband and baby boy, and two giant Maine Coon cats, but she is now and forever Texan.
