I found the everyday news bleak, repetitious and depressing. I’ve been a movie and pop culture junkie for as long as I can remember, and it was a good diversion for me during the stock market free fall in the fall of 2008. I decided to start a website where people could read about movies, pop culture and other time-sucking topics. Hopefully we will contribute to the downfall of your productivity.
