I'm using the same account that I use in my desktop but it won't let me into the app, no guest user option either.

NOT GOOD
I've recently downloaded this app and ever time I try to log in it says, "wrong credentials". Even when I try resetting my password, it won't work. Please fix. It's worth it if it was working correctly.
