Gorgeous design!

Well done! Best hotel booking app I've seen! The constant enhancements are great! Very sleak design and the rates are good deals. You saved me $16 at the Hyatt!

Awful awful awful

Their agents are inexperienced and poorly trained. When dealing with group blocks (of any size), small mistakes are compounded and can end up costing you a significant amount of money not just on the rate, but in poorly worded and negotiated contracts as well. Hotel Planner may be ok for 1 night stays at the last minute, but for anything else it's a liability. Customer service was non-existent.
