About Journal of Surgical Education JSE is dedicated to the field of surgical education. Our goal is to publish articles dealing with the education of students, residents, faculty and general surgeons. The journal accepts manuscripts from all surgical disciplines pertaining to education topics. We publish the proceedings of the annual meeting of the APDS which is held during surgical education week in cooperation with the Association of Surgical Education. The journal encourages submissions concerning the history of medicine and reflections which offers an opportunity for residents and faculty to share their educational experiences.
