Knew The News is a news prediction game. Users create markets covering current and upcoming news events. Members trade predictions on the outcome.
Playing Knew The News is (and will always be) absolutely free. The only prerequisite is that the user has to establish a profile, either by logging in using his LinkedIn or Facebook account, or to create a user account on the website.
The user makes predictions on markets with the goal to receive a reward in return. The basic way to predict is to “put money where your mouth is”, eg, buying stakes on the options from which the user assumes that they represent the most likely outcome.
