About Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about me and this blog. Trying to describe who I am and what I am about in a few paragraphs is not an easy thing to do. How do you summarize 31 years of life? Let’s start with the now, and maybe over time we can dig into the past 30 years. Now, I am a mother, a wife, a daughter, a sister, a friend. I am also kind, smart, generous, and caring. I am creative and passionate. I drink an unusually large amount of diet coke every day. I probably watch way too much T.V. I put creamer in my hot tea. I have a graveyard of unfinished projects. I use my toaster oven more than my actual oven when cooking dinner. I have hit rock bottom before and it wasn’t pretty. I live in organized chaos. I am a work in progress. When I started this blog I wanted a creative outlet. Now, I realize that I need something much more than that. I need a place to share my story. I am a work in progress. Every day I am learning how to balance all of my “duties” without losing myself in the mayhem. I love to read and the books I read tend to shape my mind and my spirit. Those words inspire me to be better. I want to share those words with you through mine.
