The MNCPA is professional association for CPAs with nearly 9,000 members who work in public accounting, industry, government and education. CPA membership is open to individuals who have passed the CPA exam. Associate membership is available for non-CPAs who work in an accounting capacity.

The MNCPA offers over 250 CPE programs including more than 10 member developed conferences. Members develop leadership skills, learn about issues facing the profession and expand their profession networks through a variety of involvement opportunities.
