We have been under the same continuous leadership since our founding in 1966, and this continuity has forged a strong bond with all the military services over more than four decades. Many of our employees are former active duty military, and our national sales force includes many former military personnel. Our reputation for integrity and the highest ethical standards is well known throughout the entire United States Military community. Our publications are distributed by commands to all incoming personnel six to eight weeks prior to their arrival. This gives them the opportunity to acquaint themselves and their families with the installation facilities, services, schools, housing, and available recreation including the hours of operation and appropriate telephone numbers. Guides include a section on surrounding areas that contains employment information for spouses and other pertinent information to help make the transition less stressful. Our national headquarters and main production facility are located in San Diego, California, and feature professionals with specialized skills and decades of experience in the publishing industry. MARCOA's production facility was designed and constructed to optimize our entire publishing operation, from concept to final product. We maintain an in-house printing plant, an innovative graphic arts design studio, video conferencing facilities and world-class offices. The ability to contain all of these facets under one roof results in superior products.
