Philzendia is a fusion of my husband’s name (Philip), my son’s initials (Z.E.N.) and my name (Diane). I originally started this blog using the name “Oh Diane” but I realized that the name wasn’t very brand-able because it was popular in other arenas. So I wanted to came up with a name that was (1) brand-able, and (2) incorporated my family because first and foremost, my family means the world to me and I talk about them a lot.
