Founded in December 2002 by real estate investor and programmer Matthew Haines, PropertyShark.com strives to level the playing field by providing real estate professionals, investors and savvy homebuyers with the information transparency essential to evaluate all types of real estate and make informed decisions.

PropertyShark.com now provides Property Reports, Pre-Foreclosure and Foreclosure Listings, Sales Comparables, Maps, Building Photos, For Sale Listings, and For Lease Listings. The company now has 50 full time employees and has been profitable since day one, growing even during one of the worst economic downturns in U.S. history in 2008.

Not what we expect to use PS for

Not what we expect to use PS for. For that we use Zillow or Trulia or Realtor.com. Give us the comps and property data on 'Not for sale" properties

Really?

This is useless. No access to bldg data or comps. Only allows you to access properties for sale. NOT what people use PS for. I deleted it as soon as I downloaded it.
