The blog currently receives about 16,000 pageviews per month, but this is also increasing steadily. I have previously written for Mashable, and occasionally guest post on LouisGray.com. Some blog posts are also being syndicated to the DZone.com network and some other software developer sites. Advertising here is fairly cheap, but with the rate of growth that we are seeing I would expect prices to rise in the near future. Articles are regularly shared to various social sites like LinkedIn, StumbleUpon, Twitter and Facebook. Some of the posts tend to be featured in the discussion section of TechMeme.com headlines as well. As I do not want to have a site cluttered with advertisements, I am only offering two spots in the right sidebar at this time: 125 x 125 Ad Spot – $12.50 USD/week These ad spots typically appear in the middle of the right sidebar. 250 x 250 Ad Spot – $20.00 USD/week This ad spot typically appear near the top of the right sidebar. This is the only advertising on the page, so you will be prominently featured. Both advertisements typically appear above other traditional blog widgets. All ads will be published on the blog (on every page) for a 7 day period from when the ad is approved. Discounted rates are available for longer advertisement durations. Currently, only Paypal is an accepted form of payment. All advertising is reviewed for relevance to the target audience. The physical format of the advertising is preferred to be an image.
