Awful

I bought tickets, and I never got them. Paid for them and everything. Their support team is awful. I called 3 times, and was left in waiting rooms for a combined 40 minutes without someone contacting me. That’s disgraceful customer service. I’ve never seen something as bad as this. I better get a good explanation for this.

Worst ticket buying experience by far. Do not use.

The tickets you receive on the app don’t actually work and you have to dig through your email and hope with crossed fingers that you find them in time for you’re event. Sometimes, they show up right away. Other times, it takes till hours before your event. It’s so up in the air and you are kept so in the dark. On top of that, getting in contact with them is a circular game of nonsense with an automated help center that doesn’t help at all. If you finally find their support phone number, you’re guaranteed a hold time of at least 20 minutes before you can finally speak to a human being regarding your orders. Buy from anywhere else.

No Ticket No Refund

No tickets after they already charged my card!! No reply for refund or replacements!!!

Bought two tickets for a Tampa Bay lightning game from Seat Geek. Received a confirmation email within 30 minutes and they charged my credit card. Two days later I get an email saying there was a problem with my tickets and they would refund me 120% or offer me equivalent or better tickets. I can’t get a reply on email and can’t get anyone to answer their phone. I have spent over 2 hours on hold and have sent four emails trying to get a reply. They have already charged my card for tickets they won’t be providing. So, now I will have to go through the process of disputing the charge, since I can’t get anyone at seat geek to reply to me or answer the phone. I have been trying to get a reply for the past two days. This service is a total rip off!! Won’t be using them again.
