My name is Sarah & I am the Editor-in-Chief of Style & Wisdom. I write most of the content that gets posted & have the final say of what my guest bloggers write, so I get to wear the EIC hat. I live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with my best friend & boyfriend, Dan, our beautiful baby Noah, and a cat named George. I created this website to provide an inspirational destination for women after spending years battling anxiety. I shamelessly love pop culture, fashion, social media, and spending too much time on Pinterest, but I also fearlessly love reading self improvement books (for the soul, for fitness, and about health), and I needed a place to combine my two favorite addictions. Voila, Style & Wisdom popped into my head one day and I decided to go with it. As time grew on, I added in a third element-- pregnancy & baby, because I welcomed a beautiful baby boy in September of 2013. Style & Wisdom is a blog dedicated to self improvement, self empowerment, inspirational celebrity interviews, fitness, health, and of course, the shameless things that we women love: pop culture, fashion, and beauty. Style & Wisdom is also dedicated to the wonderful world of pregnancy, motherhood, and the things my baby does on a daily basis, otherwise known as babyhood. I've had the opportunity to interview some of my favorite celebrities for Style & Wisdom like Ian Somerhalder, Bethenny Frankel, Holly Madison, Cobra Starship, and Lisa Vanderpump. I also spent the day with Jeni Britton Bauer at the Jeni's Ice Cream Headquarters in Columbus interviewing her (and, hello, sampling that delish ice cream) on the same day Food & Wine Magazine did.
