    This is where I share my life, which includes my family, my struggles with working out and eating right and my love for running and my dog. While I try my best to focus on healthy foods the majority of the time, I have a lot of foods I love that are not the healthiest that seem to be added to my must-eat list. I try and eat these foods in moderation to be part of a well-balanced diet. I am not a ‘dieter’, I don’t believe that there is a pill or specialized way of eating that will make you drop weight and look amazing. I believe that eating healthy foods and exercising are the best way to take care of your body. Do I always follow this belief? No, but I am constantly re-focusing my efforts.
