About Me Hi, I’m Paige, the author and trainer behind the blog, Your Trainer Paige. I live in Boulder County, Colorado, where I’m a personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and lover of the outdoors. Welcome! I started writing Your Trainer Paige in July of 2012 (formerly, it was Running Around Normal) to share workouts, fitness and health news & tips, recipes, and to share my my life as I strive to maintain a healthy balance. I love building strong relationships with others, built upon a foundation of health and wellness, and I thrive on seeing my clients and people around me reach their goals and live a healthy life. As much as I’m in love with it, I do have a life outside of fitness. In December of 2012, my husband and our cat and dog picked up and moved across the country, from Illinois to Colorado. Here in Colorado, I enjoy hiking, pushing my limits, immersing myself in the Colorado culture, relaxing with friends, and visiting new breweries. I also enjoy FaceTiming with all of my loved ones I left behind in Illinois. Through blogging, I’ve been able to utilize my passion for writing – and my degree.
