Abraham Moon was founded in 1837 and today holds an enviable status as one of the countryÕs leading woollen and worsted manufacturers creating fabrics for the fashion and furnishing industries. All Moon fabrics are manufactured in our fully-vertical mill in Guiseley, West Yorkshire, and we are proud of our 'Made in Britain' heritage. The company controls all processes from dyeing and blending the raw wool fibres, to spinning of the melange yarns, warping, weaving and then finishing the fabrics. Moon has long held huge esteem in the world of fashion. The company has its roots in apparel fabrics and today boasts a customer base of many top fashion houses, including Ralph Lauren, Dolce & Gabbana, Burberry, Lacoste, Paul Smith and many more. In 2005 we brought our design, innovation and heritage to the world of interiors. Having released our 13th furnishing fabric collection in 2014, our wool fabrics are used throughout the world for luxury furnishings and interiors. Bronte by Moon is the newest addition to the company, allowing us to bring our high design and quality to throws and cushions for the home as well as fashion accessories such as scarves and wraps.
