In 3 simple steps, you can have immediate access to your account, however to perform banking transactions on this app, you will be required to use your authentication token issued by Access Bank. In the event you do not have an authentication token, please visit any Access Bank branch to obtain a transaction PIN.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Does the Job

The app is well thought out. Does most things you need it to. If you have locations services turned off. It prompt you to turn it on EVERY SINGLE TIME you launch the app. This is annoying. Very annoying. You have to click the password box for the finger print authentication to come up. It should be the first prompt you get when you launch the app (to either enter your password or put your finger print, if you want to do something else, it should give you the option of canceling) 9/10 times you launch the app it's to use internet banking. After you put login, you have to click another screen to go into your internet banking. This screen is unnecessary. It should be removed. There should be an option to authenticate transactions with your fingerprint, not just your token and your pin. Transaction limit should increase with your account activity. 1m is quite limiting. App needs to be optimized to run faster. But beyond that it's a well thought out app. Just minor tweaks to get it to 5 star.

Shame I can't Leave Negative Stars

As someone who uses 2 apps from competing banks, to call this app disappointing would be an understatement. I've been trying to log in for 3 days. I have a token and online banking but it seems I need a PhD to login to the mobile banking app. Even when I think I've succeeded, I get a white screen of death telling me the problem is now with my internet connection. Funny, my GTBANK app works just fine with the same internet connection.

Best update since launching of the app by far!

Access Bank has outdone themselves this time. A lot of thought was put into this update and i love it that they delivered on the hype - considering, the bank has been hyping the new update for weeks to come! Now one can do more with the app; saving time with no stress. The idea of the bvn on the interface is a welcomed development as well as to request one's statement of account. The feature that has me in total awe and in love with this update is to actually see movie trailers and order movie tickets! Wow! way to go Access Bank 🥇👍🏽👏🏽
