Apple wallet support not working

Poor technical support and when I contacted ACE they told me the app is working fine and pointed me to Apple as the issue. Just get it fixed ACE!

POS Tried to add rewards card and always comes with an error. I have the card in front of me and triple checked number and I definitely know my zip code. How could it be wrong?

App forgets

I tried to put password +email in several times. Finally, found a way by going through a very weird set up in the menu. It's weird because you can enter info two ways. Through menu or button on bottom. Should just be one. Not both. After getting to that point, app says I have entered error check your input even after I just did it. Can you make it remember with Touch ID or someway I don't have to enter it every time? I get that error when I want to find out my points, too. Can you please fix these glitches? Thanks.

Some Menus Not Loading

I recently downloaded this app as I am finding myself in my local Ace Hardware Store. They have things that the big blue and orange box stores don't seem to carry. I like to browse the app to see what is available and the prices on the items I'm looking for. However, it seems that some shopping menus do not seem to pull up for me, and it just so happens to be the ones that I need to open up. Overall, decent app, but it's not great. More thought needs to go into this app, in my opinion.
