Latest version stinks
Every time I log on I get the your info is incorrect message, and it’s always the security code that is the problem. Also you have to hunt on the calendar for available trains to ride.

It’s so hard to figure out anything on the website....like where the routes are, what’s available etc. heavy sigh.

non-responsive
The App is non-responsive. I’m trying to book a trip, but the App wants me to login to Amtrak Rewards. After several minutes of frustration I was able to select the departure & arrival points, eventually the departure & return dates for the trip. After submitting that information, the Spp tells me parts of the trip are unavailable and to select alternative, but there is no schedule or information on any options!! Lame
