You guys better fixed it

Every single time I have to choose the location, which is super annoying. some times can’t even login. only one thing I hate anytime fitness is this app

App opens to information page and can’t access booking any longer

I joined the 6 week challenge now it goes only to the info page and I can’t get to the app for booking workouts.

Appalling App

Genuinely one of the worst apps on the store. It’s not even an app, it’s a collection of unresponsive webpages cobbled together. Right now, I’m unable to reserve gym time, it asks me to login, which is successful, then it does the same thing again. It’s like Anytime Fitness really don’t care about the app experience for members even though in this difficult time, we have to use it.

Go to a different gym

It’s the worse booking system I have ever known!!! My partner goes to a different gym that doesn’t have the hassle I have with this app! Yes you have to go to several different areas to book in I get the security measures but depending on which gym you’re assigned to is dependent on how easy the app is to use

Doesn’t work, have to go in via google !!

Can’t book a slot via the app says my gym is closed (after I’ve searched for it, as for some reason it always assumes I’m in the USA ??) I have to logon externally from a browser to get any useful functionality. The app is useless !
