Total Garbage
Sadly, this was a direct link from the FDLE to download in order to complete training. After at least an hour of frustration, I give up! This is complete garbage, and it further gives me great concern about how a supposedly professional and technologically savvy organization can recommend this totally nonfunctional virus. Avoid at all costs.

No Bueno!
This app is horrible! In fact, Apple should remove it from the App Store since IT DOES NOT WORK!! I downloaded it for work for a training session and it did not work. Not just once, but every time. I tried all the usual things, remove, reinstall, etc. Opening via other browsers and still nothing. The developers need to do something to at least get this to work. Or as one other review mentioned, some user interface to allow someone to manually add a link or story. Feel free to download and give it a shot, but a a group of 30 of us didn't get it to work.

Articulate
Loaded this app last night, eager to watch an electrical training course. Bad idea. Should have read the reviews first. As with almost all the other comments, the app wouldn't launch upon clicking on the web page link. Tried many times, then dumped and reloaded, even did a hard re-boot. No change so I'm done with this crap. Why does the Apple Store allow junk like this to be offered?

Core Location Framework
