Amazing info on a sluggish app

The information and searchability are truly amazing. But I need a perfect signal and have to wait a long time for it all to come in. I still like it. Still worth $2, but I wait a lot and frequently cannot use it at all. I am a homebuyer looking in a coastal city where the flood zones create complex and nonintuitive patterns.

Core Location Framework

Foundation Framework

MessageUI
