AttractHQ markets the online attraction website NxtStep.co.nz and youth careers publication NxtStep Magazine. NxtStep is a secondary school and tertiary careers and employment website which has transformed the way organisations promote and communicate career opportunities to tertiary talent around New Zealand. From the launch of NxtStep's predecessors (GradConnection New Zealand in 2009, and SchoolConnect in 2012), the AttractHQ team and their products have gone on to dominate the tertiary careers and secondary school careers research marketplace. Complimenting NxtStep Digital is NxtStep Magazine - a bi-annual employer-driven, content rich magazine that helps educate New Zealand secondary school students about the various paths available to them once they leave school. AttractHQ produces two issues of NxtStep Magazine annually, with a combined circulation in excess of 400,000.
