AppleWatch app no longer works.

The Apple Watch app no longer works, says no locks available. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help. Today’s update did NOT fix the problem. Please fix.

Clunky app, lousy lock, insane support

The lock itself is plain lousy compared to what else is out there. There is a lot of competition, and this is just an overall clunky app and poor experience. It rarely worked well and eventually started grinding even after lubrication. What really stands out is how maddening the support is. I don’t normally write review, but my interaction was so memorable and so disheartening I still remain in awe. In summary, a user in my household was having problems authenticating, and August eventually concluded the verizon cell phone number no longer worked. So they said that, for a member of my household, they need to sign up for a new cell phone plan and get a new number, and get rid of the number they’ve had for their entire life, just to be able to use their service. Okay. Their emails were signed with human names, but it was like talking to a machine. Little to no progress was made over the course of multiple days, it was just going in circles, them asking me to confirm the phone number so many times, and then telling me to delete the app over and over and over. Totally absurd. If you don’t mind subpar experiences and overpriced hardware and crazy obtrusive design, and have lots of free time to waste or don’t envision ever needing to contact support, you may enjoy this lock. If you have taste for design, are discerning, and don’t like talking in circles, rank this prwttt much last in your search. Imagine needing to buy and carry a second cell phone exclusively because your smart lock didn’t arbitrarily approve of your original phone number. Good grief.

Love the app but……

Wish it could detect me coming home more often. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. App on my Apple Watch is not working too. Wrote to August, been a week and yet to have a solution.

Broken Apple Watch App

Apple Watch companion app no longer works! Otherwise, great app. Would be nice to autoselect a single keychain if there’s only one

Recent Update Causes  Watch App Issues

Normally a very good app, the most rent update has caused issues with the  Watch functionality. I now need to close the watch app (press/hold side button until power off, med ID, sos screen appears & then press crown) & reopen it to get it to work.

Apple Watch app completely broken

The Apple Watch app can no longer communicate with the lock after iOS 14.5 update. Which makes it useless to me.
