In 2008, Barco's Nightingales Foundation (BNF) was founded in hopes of lifting-up the lives of children around the world, in honor of healthcare professionals.

BNF has focused its efforts on four (4) areas of need: 1) sending hundreds of kids with cancer to camp, 2) providing hundreds of life-changing surgeries, 3) building multiple solar powered clean water wells for villages in Haiti and 4) providing thousands of daily hot lunches to Haitian children. http://www.barcosnightingales.org/
