Love biggerpockets, suggestion for app

I’ve learned a ton from using biggerpockets and definitely recommend it! The app is mostly fine for me, but there is one thing I’d love to see change. When looking at posts in the forums, if someone replies to the OP, the OP’s entire post is quoted in the reply. This is fine, except on posts that get a lot of engagement it gets really tiring (and sometimes confusing) to have to keep scrolling past the same content over and over just to see what the reply says. If the OP’s post was long then it’s also not completely clear where their post ends and where reply starts, so I’d say the app needs some clearer UI/UX.

When is BP going to revamp this app?

I like the look and feel of this app, but every time I use it I get frustrated. Pages take so long to load that most of the time I just give up and go look elsewhere for information. I feel like this has been going on for a long time and I haven’t seen any real improvement despite multiple points of feedback that this app is slow.

Landscape mode please!!

I love BP, but why on earth does the iPad app only work in vertical mode? Is it just me? It's really annoying not being able to read the forums in landscape mode. Thank you!

Please fix scrolling

Scrolling is broken in iOS. Also, when you show me a notification about a reply on my post and I click it, as in most properly made apps it, should go directly to the post and scroll down to the reply in question automatically.

Core Foundation Framework
Core Foundation is a framework that provides fundamental software services useful to application services, application environments, and to applications themselves. Core Foundation also provides abstractions for common data types, facilitates internationalization with Unicode string storage, and offers a suite of utilities such as plug-in support, XML property lists, URL resource access, and preferences.
Core Graphics
The Core Graphics framework is based on the Quartz advanced drawing engine. It provides low-level, lightweight 2D rendering with unmatched output fidelity. You use this framework to handle path-based drawing, transformations, color management, offscreen rendering, patterns, gradients and shadings, image data management, image creation, and image masking, as well as PDF document creation, display, and parsing.
Core Location Framework
The Core Location framework lets you determine the current location or heading associated with a device. The framework uses the available hardware to determine the user’s position and heading. You use the classes and protocols in this framework to configure and schedule the delivery of location and heading events. You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
