MySidekick allows you (or the person you care for) to record mood, energy level, activities, sensations, and memory as often as you like. You can use this tool to help keep track of how you’re doing over time.

With MySidekick, you can check in whenever you like and record information about your day. Once you've made a few entries, you can look back to see how you've been doing over time. By using this app on a regular basis, you can see activity over time and better prepare for a productive conversation with your doctor. Please note, continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. By using Location Services for location based reminders you are enabling this feature.
