Does this app even offer any *actual* user support?
Let me start by saying that I love this app. As someone who doesn’t use social media much, I appreciate the social media posts/takes shown in the feeds. This app is great for catching up on highlights and tracking scores. All in one convenient place. But now the reason for my rating: The UI seems easy enough, but I’m going on a few months now that i have not been able to update my profile. At all. Can’t add anything into the bio. Can’t add a profile picture. Cant change my name. Can’t even comment on any posts! None. I’ve tried doing it over many different wifi networks, bad ones good ones the ones in the middle. I’ve tried doing it over cellular data. I’ve tried through the app. I’ve tried through the web browser. Different kinds of web browsers. I’ve tried everything to no avail. I can’t post or comment or even update my profile! It’s frustrating as heck. Everything else is more or less okay and enjoyable. But what’s the point in gearing your app towards “communities” while at the same time making it impossible for some of us to participate in said communities? Now of course I can live my life without updating my info and commenting on stuff. But the biggest issue I have is how inaccesible it is to try and reach some sort of app support. In the app, it’s impossible to find anywhere. There is no “help” tab/section or nothing. Even on the web browsers I see no “help” section. Just a “contact support” section I found after asking google. That’s just plain dumb. I really gotta email some intern in some office because I haven’t been able to add a profile pic or bio? Ridiculous. Only reason it’s not getting one start is because I legit enjoy the streamlined approach to sports information. But for Pete’s sake, community features are one of your key selling points. And I’ve never even been able post a single comment! Y’all really don’t got a troubleshooting section for that? I’ll just say it again: ridiculous.

Not as good as any other app
Bleacher Report is a sports app that wants to be a social media app. Has all the bad and nothing good any other app has. Just simply not worth it

Dark Mode?
Dear BR developers,
It’s 2021, how does this incredible sports media app not have DARK MODE. I’m in my bed reading news about my fav teams and your app is not only hurting my eyes but on multiple times waking up my wife. Please, add a DARK MODE option ASAP!
