Bad

Supposed to be getting 100 down but I’m getting 70 and the connection is slow and needs resets constantly. Bought a new tri band velop router but nothings changed. Pointless calling spectrum they don’t do jack and make excuses all the time. Imagine being sued and just ignoring the issue/ buying out the competitors and to top it all off problems have gotten worse amid COVID I’m pretty sure you will be sued again and rather that improving services you are will spend more on useless comercials and pay more money in legal fees rolls eyes. Imagine contacting me via text when I am not even the person paying the bill and imagine that your product keeps lagging every day. So many legal problems when this pandemic ends and no one will want credit all cash……. Instead of wasting resources to have us sign up for useless tv plus internet how about making your product more stable huh? From the sounds of it more than 90% of your customers report issues with your tv and internet being down or slow all the time.

Internet functions don’t work properly

I’ve had the service for about a week now and neither the phone representatives nor field technician can explain why my app shows that my modem and voice are disconnected or unavailable but they are working. They also can not figure out why I am not able to view or manage devices connected to my router. The only thing I’m able to use the app for at this point is billing.
