Not working

I was in Vegas over the weekend and my app wasn't working. My info doesn't pop up and I had to go to the webpage to keep checking for offers/coupons. My info doesn't show up, no offers, nothing. I thought it was a wi-fi problem but I'm home now and it's the same. Then I thought maybe it needed an update but also not the case.
