CG

CarGurus is a good app. It’s very helpful and gives me good searches. But the updates just become worse and worse. I like the app, not as much as I used to. Now there are so many limitations, issues, and irritations. So many options and buttons have been removed and the shopping experience is not as good as it used to be. Overall it’s a good app. Just not as good as it was.

“Saved Cars”

CarGurus Pleaseeeeeeee take it back to the Old Saved cars page, the new page doesn’t show all my saved cars. Cars I’m interested in keeps getting sold cause after I save them I can’t find them until I get an email notification that a car I saved was sold. Please take it back to the old “saved cars” page, the new one is not useful at all!

App Rarely Works

I can’t get it to even open most days and I stay up in all the updates. When it does work it’s a good app but most times it’s the sexpanther of apps.

Pretty Good Overall

I find CarGurus to be a lot easier to use than AutoTrader. One complaint: when you save a search, it will not allow you to opt out of those online car services such as Swift and Vroom and out-of-state dealers offering delivery. This means that every time you run the search, you must deselect delivery.
