Worst ever!

I had a valid quote from this past Saturday that was good until 5/9 which is another 3 days from now and then I went into my saved offer to update my leasing info and they refreshed my quote automatically and the offer went from $10,045 to $18,454. If I have a valid offer until 5/9 how can they lower it? Then I called and was on hold for over 2 hours and the call disconnected. I also texted over 4 times and no response. This company is a waste of your time. Go to Carmax.

Fun fast and easy!

The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish. I was tired of going from dealership to dealership just to look at one car and most times that car was not there any longer. A friend told me to look into Carvana which I knew nothing about. In my opinion it’s the only way to buy a used car. You know you’re getting a used car that’s in top shape and it’s gone over the phone tooth comb. When I picked up my car I got to watch it come out of the vending machine process that was pretty unique and fun.I took the car for a test drive and the car was spotless. Signed the paperwork got the keys and was out in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend buying a car from Carvana to anybody I know.

Crap

The offers are horrible! And they never have what you are looking for. Thought this experience was suppose to be BETTER than a dealership?! I think not! I would say even more nerve racking making such decisions site unseen and no trade in/sell offer set in stone.
