Does this app represent the Celebrity Cruise experience?
Based on the bugs, the lack of detail, and navigational challenges, I get the impression that Celebrity is simply checking the "yeah, we've got an app" box with no Senior Management commitment to a viable app that delivers an excellent user experience. I hope this app doesn't represent the cruise experience....

If I could give zero stars, I would!
The app tricks you into thinking it works, then it crashes. What's worse, it that if you click on app support, it just takes you to the CC website and provides phone numbers for booking or after you've book. This app has some potential, but since it hasn't been updates in months, even with negative reviews, the developer clearly doesn't care.

Urgh!
App opens but never loads anything. Worked last summer as I was preparing for a cruise but now I can't use it to plan for the next one. Tried to wipe app from download history and reinstall but same result.

Zero personalization
I downloaded the app hoping to find my personal itinerary, ship details, etc. There's none of that. I agree with others who described it as a virtual brochure. The app asks me to sign in, but the only feature that provides is a countdown clock.
