C21 Doesn't Care about Loyal Customers
I would have rated 0 stars. I am a VIP at Century shopping several times a week online and in stores. I was in love with the fact I could get $50 off a $250 purchase, 20% off etc randomly every time I shopped. I was very disappointed upon my trip today when I found out I could no longer get the scan bag coupons/discount because they created a new rule that's for one time use ONLY upon initial sign up. What a rip off!!! That was a GREAT incentive for VIP cards holders. It would have been even better if we could scan and use the codes online but now it's not even available to us at all. SMH. I'll be cutting back on my spendings at C21.

I figured it out
Ok so this was hard to figure out but finally got it. The app itself tells you not to scan the actual bag as it wont work. But here is what you do: google c21status bag image. An image of a red c21 bag comes up. Scan that. Everyday it will give you a different code offer. I got a $25 off.

Crappy App
This app is a joke! I wasted my time taking pictures of this "red bad" in many angles! NOTHING WORKED!!!!! I put my back into trying to capture the bag in the exact same shape that the so-called app guidelines demanded! Nothing worked! Im truly #annoyed In my opinion i think i should get a coupon just for time and effort I put into this thing! Whomever designed this is a ding dong! #totalwasteoftime
