Needs to make parking easier
Well designed app. Needs to implement a wireless payment system that allows customers to register a license plate and pay directly from their phone. This would reduce the lines at the ticketing kiosks and save paper.

Core Location Framework

You can also use it to define geographic regions and monitor when the user crosses the boundaries of those regions. In iOS, you can also define a region around a Bluetooth beacon.
