Feature rich but it doesn't work

I gave this application two stars because it is heading in the right direction. Features are great and the app will be useful however, it doesn't work. The application is consistently freezing. The only thing reliable about it is that you can rely on it getting stuck on a screen at some point. It's a Russian roulette with this app...its just a matter of time.

Terrible

The current version is absolutely terrible. 30 seconds or more, sometime a minute to get to either login or tiles with options. Back button in case never works. Open options section them cancel and entire app locks up. In short, was there any QA done, if so wth?

If only it worked...

The app itself has awesome functionality, but with the most recent IOS updates (at least I assume this is the cause…) it is very, very buggy. Want to open a current TAC case? Great - the app freezes. Want to look at a new IPS update’s details? Great, but you can’t go back to the menu, because the back button doesn’t work. Really too bad.
