Please Note: This application is a client for a full Cherwell Service Management implementation (on-premise or SaaS - version 4.60b or better). It is not a stand-alone application. Also note that feature availability depends on your currently installed version of Cherwell Service Management - see "What's New" description. Please don't download it if you do not use Cherwell Service Management!

* View and act upon key organizational data such as Approvals, Change Requests, Incidents/Service Requests, Opportunities and more - including any custom Cherwell Business Object created
* Log activities such as service calls and incoming conversations against existing items

Beyond awful

I still can't believe how bad this is! Our CIO switched us from ServiceNow to save money and now we're regretting it daily...you get what you pay for has never been more true.

Crashes Often. Please Fix!!!

After assigning tickets to team members, when clicking on Back button, app crashes. Crashes on other screens as well.

Never work!!!

Our company just moved to cherwell. We're excited when hear there's an apps for it. Been using it for 6 months now, but never once that it work properly..feels like our company got tricked by cherwell company. I gave them 1 star because at least there web version work good. Fix your apps cherwell!!

Pretty bad

I can't believe that there haven't been improvements on this yet.
AVFoundation
