Report concerns, track requests and provide comments. Also, read news and events, track the trolley, and use the map.

How it works:
See something that needs to be fixed or addressed?
Submit a service request and even attach a photo.
City staff receive the request and address the problem.
You receive a notification when the service request is completed.

Garbage!!!

I cannot stand this app it's always crashing and never loads up when you open it until maybe the 20th time. What is even the point? And now they have this "Two finger" map moving thing which makes it even worse!

Excellent way to report issues to the City

If you live in Miami Beach, you'll love this app. You can report code violations, traffic lights out, and general maintenance items. You can be the eyes of the city.!.

Too complicated

Needs to be simpler Need to have an auto suggest based on your location and the. Suggested routes accordingly... rather than requiring you to know the route itself.... loved the idea but .... forgot whom this is for ... locals elderly people ...

Shows promise, but flaws limit usefulness

It sort of works, but forcing you to login in with a email and password every single time means I might as well wait until I'm in front of computer rather than use the app. It doesn't even retain the username. Once a user logs in, the authentication should be retained until an explicit logout.

App forces you to login constantly.

Id give the app 5 stars if you fixed its problem where it forces you to log in all the time, and you fixed the app so that it sends problems to the correct city department.

Love the app. Works well for flooding/clogged storm drain issues.

Launch Services
macOS Launch Services is an API that enables a running app to open other apps or their document files, similar to the Finder or the Dock.Launch Services eliminates apps having to query the Finder to open an app, document, or URL for them. The macOS Finder itself uses Launch Services to perform such tasks. Because the Finder performs no additional processing beyond calling Launch Services, any client using Launch Services for these purposes behaves identically to the Finder.
