Founded in 2003, the growth of CRM Students has been achieved organically through careful client asset management and ability to adapt to the ever-changing needs of the student body. Our portfolio has enabled us to develop and maintain strong ties with 56 of the most prominent educational institutions including London School of Economics, Imperial College, University of Durham and University of Edinburgh. We are proud of our relationships with educational institutions and take their views into account when marketing and managing our sites. We provide support to clients from as early as the concept design and planning stage of a student development where our knowledge and experience ensures that the scheme will meet the needs of the student. We also work closely with developers during the design stage to ensure that the asset value is maximised. CRM Students have worked on schemes across the UK from small boutique developments to large complex mixed schemes often through the OJEU process. We utilise a diverse range of designs and technologies ensuring layout, facilities, amenities, plant, marketing, pricing and product are tailored to achieve a successful live operation through which the needs of the tenants, University partners and key stakeholders are met.
