Chef/Owner Neil Fusco originally created his sauce recipes in the kitchen of his successful, New York Times rated Italian restaurant in Westchester County, NY Although the recipes are simple, the world renowned Italian San Marzano tomatoes and old world Italian cooking methods are what makes our products unique. The fresh and light flavors of our sauces allow for a variety of uses over vegetables, fish, poultry, meat, rice and of course pasta!
