Fraud Sellers

Within two weeks, for two orders, I was scammed. Sellers don’t put all the products in the package if multiple things are ordered but take full amount upon the delivery. They still send COD with charging cod charges even if the payment is already done by Jazz Cash and Pick up from daraz center self collection is chosen. DARAZ REPS ARE OF NO HELP LITERALLY. They don’t respond. They don’t fix the issues at all.

Selling Fake product on original brands names.

Very disappointed shopping online on daraz app. I order some thing from daraz mall. I get what i ordered but get the fake one. Daraz should take action on such retailer.

Unable. To order anything

I am unable to order anything on daraz app or website. I had tried different sellers and tried deleting app several times and tried on other mobile and pc but still im unable to order anything. When i proceed to next step after address its shows error and ask me to contact customer support.
