Description:
The CDM COL Player is an iOS app specifically designed for the Apple iOS devices. The application allows CDM students to download and view their COL lectures on their iOS devices. It can display all the same screens as the desktop players, such as the video from the lecture, the whiteboards, and the lecturer’s computer screen. The lecture is downloaded on the iOS devices and is viewable offline. The new version supports AirPlay playback.

Does the job
Quick download (about 5 minutes over 802.11n) of one lecture with screen shots. Lecture plays well (IOS 6.1.3, iPad 4). Already tired of cutesy page rotation when switching which tile has the focus...wastes viewing time for that tile. Wish app had settings to customize this. Light blue background on white board reduces contrast. Dislike...but can zoom white board. Really, really need that 1 min back button suggested by another reviewer. Works well when I pause, leave lecture, return.

Ever since the update I can't get it to work at all with my lectures I can't figure it out. This app needs major work.

Work nice need more features
The app works great. I wish you could speed up the lecture, the ability to play the lecture from the notes and ability to skip ahead ( or back ) a min at a time.

Great App!
This has been a great app to use so far! Being able to download lectures and view them later works great and meets student's core needs. Swapping between video and the whiteboards worked great. Thanks for providing this capability!
